Coedcae Shouts

Running for nearly three years, Coedcae SHOUTS! Is Coedcae School’s very first magazine. Covering everything from sporting events to school shows, SHOUTS! is a great way for pupils to get involved in a real life magazine.
Edited by Miss V Jones, and run by a team of pupils now in Year 11, Coedcae SHOUTS! provides pupils with an informative and fun way of finding out the latest school news.
Our year 11 team have worked hard over the last few years to produce interesting articles and have covered some of the school’s biggest stories, one of the most exciting being a story on one of our pupils winning a gold medal at The Special Olympics in Athens. Their story won a regional award in the CLIC U-News Journalism competition, making Coedcae SHOUTS! an award winning magazine!
Coedcae SHOUTS! is published every half term and is a great initiative that all pupils can get involved in, particularly those interested in a career in journalism.
